Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

The Terms of Service shall be governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of California, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded. You and PEGlala hereby expressly consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

PEGlala does not warrant, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any product or service advertised or offered by a third party through the PEGlala service or any hyperlinked website or service, and PEGlala will not be a party to or in any way monitor any transaction between you and third-party providers of products or services.
ASSIGNMENT
This Terms of Service, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by PEGlala without restriction.
ARBITRATION
Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms of Service shall be finally settled by arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, using the English language in accordance with the Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures of Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services, Inc. (“JAMS”) then in effect, by one commercial arbitrator with substantial experience in resolving intellectual property and commercial contract disputes, who shall be selected from the appropriate list of JAMS arbitrators in accordance with the Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures of JAMS. Judgment upon the award so rendered may be entered in a court having jurisdiction, or application may be made to such court for judicial acceptance of any award and an order of enforcement, as the case may be. Any arbitration under these Terms of Service will take place on an individual basis: class arbitrations and class actions are not permitted. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT BY ENTERING INTO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, YOU AND PEGLALA ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. Notwithstanding the foregoing, each party shall have the right to institute an action at any time in a court of proper jurisdiction for injunctive or other equitable relief.
NOTIFICATION PROCEDURES
PEGlala may provide notifications, whether such notifications are required by law or are for marketing or other business related purposes, to you via email notice, written or hard copy notice, or through posting of such notice on our website, as determined by PEGlala in our sole discretion. PEGlala reserves the right to determine the form and means of providing notifications to our Users, provided that you may opt out of certain means of notification as described in this Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. PEGlala is not responsible for any automatic filtering you or your network provider may apply to email notifications we send to the email address you provide us. SECTION 23 - SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days UNLESS otherwise specified on the Product Details page. Most orders are processed on Mondays and Thursdays unless it lands on a holiday, then the orders will be processed on the following business day (M-F). Packages are picked up by the carrier the following business day for outgoing delivery. If a missed pick up occurs, delivery may be delayed by up to 3 business days.
For custom, personalized, or print-to-order products, expect up to 10 business days for processing. Items under the Marketplace collection may have unique or longer processing time, please be sure to review this information on the Product Details page prior to purchase.
1-Day or 2-Day rush order processing is available for an additional service fee and made available only if we have enough resource bandwidth to process your rush order outside of our normal processing days. You must FIRST contact us to receive approval for this service. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee the availability of this service even if you paid for it in advance.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges, methods or options for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery date is NOT guaranteed, except for USPS Priority Mail Express service. The transit days quoted below are ESTIMATES only. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We cannot guarantee a time window of when your shipment will reach you since we have no control over the internal operations of the carrier. We can only promise that we will process your order in a timely manner during our normal processing days.

- USPS Priority Mail Express (1-2 days US, 3-5 days International)
- Standard Shipping (1-5 days US, 7-21 days International), via all available carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.
An order with many items may ship separately or all together, depending on the physical location of the product, processing time, and shipping fees paid. If you ordered items with different processing time requirements, the item with the longest processing time overrides and becomes the expected processing time for the entire order.
To calculate when you can expect the arrival of the order at your doorsteps, add the processing time for the product and the delivery method estimates:
Processing Time + Shipping Method Transit Time = Expected Arrival of Package
For example, on a Sunday night, you place an order for an item requiring 1-3 days processing time, selects USPS First Class Package as the shipping method, and shipping to a domestic address (1-5 days). Your estimated arrival is:
- Earliest: 1 Day processing on Monday (+ next day carrier pick up on Tuesday) + 1 Day Transit on Wednesday = Arrival at your doorstep on Wednesday or Thursday, depending on the carrier. (3-4 Days)
- Latest: 3 Days processing on Thursday (+ next day carrier pick up on Friday) + 5 Day Transit From Saturday to Wednesday = Arrival at your doorstep the following Wednesday or Thursday, depending on the carrier. (10-11 Days)
Overall, allow 2-3 weeks to receive your standard order in the U.S., 2-5 weeks for custom orders, and 3-5 weeks for International destinations.
SHIPPING METHOD DISCLAIMER
Due to limitation or availability of the service you've selected, we reserve the right to use an alternative shipping method from the one you've selected to ship out your order, WITHOUT notice or obtaining your consent. If a significant price difference occurs, we will contact you to inform and discuss the issue, and bill for underpaid postage prior to shipment or refund extra postage paid after shipment. If the discrepancy is not to your satisfaction and cannot be agreed upon, the only recourse is to cancel the order placed and issue you a full refund back to your original method of payment. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 to 48 hours.
CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order within one (1) hour of your purchase by contacting us. Cancellation requests submitted after the one-hour time period is invalid, and the description under "Returns" below will apply.
PEGlala reserves the right to cancel and revoke any orders on purchases made for any reason or for no reason.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Due to customs rules and regulations, we are NOT able to ship the following products to the following destinations:
- All International Destinations – Wise Food Storage products
- Australia – flammable products. Any freight orders going to Australia must have a heat treated and stamped pallet
- Canada – First Aid Kits

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
PEGlala is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). If fees are refused, the package will be abandon and no refund will be issued. Or the customer may pay for return shipping back to us to request a refund.
DAMAGES
PEGlala is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Click here to file a claim with USPS.
SECTION 24 - REFUND POLICY
RETURNS
You may return any eligible product within 7 days from receipt of delivery of merchandise. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. No returns, refunds or exchanges will be issued for these items.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Used items
- Discontinued items and items marked “As-Is”, “Clearance”, “Final Sale”, “No Returns”, or “Sample Sale”
- Disaster preparedness products shipped outside of the continental United States
- Downloadable products
- Food, water, perishable items
- Personalized or customized-to-order items (unless there is a defect or an error on our part)
- Some health and personal care items
- Items with defaced packaging, missing parts, missing UPC/barcodes
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Disaster preparedness products, emergency kits, and first aids kits may incur a 20% restocking fee
- Products with a SKU prefix of “BF” may incur a 15% restocking fee
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You must contact us to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to shipping the item for return. Once your request is received and approved, we will issue a RA number for you to use. The RA number must be provided on the return shipping label.
- Any items returned without a RA number will not be processed
- Additional product-specific return policy and restriction, if any, is disclaimed on the Product Details page
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days after the goods have been received. All returns are subject to the discretion of PEGlala.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us for further assistance.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 7 days of receipt of the order. Please fill out the Return Request Form providing a description and photo image of the problem. We will then issue you a Return Authorization for the return of the defective item. You will not be responsible for the shipping cost when replacing a defective item. After receiving the return of the defective item, we will make a replacement depending on our available stock. If not available, a refund will be issued.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate code will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
SHIPPING
To return your product, please first contact us to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Further returns instructions along with the return address will be provided at that time. Any items returned without a RA number will not be processed.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We recommend using trackable shipping service for all return shipments.
LOST PACKAGES
We provide tracking numbers for all outgoing packages to our customers. If the tracking status shows that the package was delivered to the address provided by the customer, we are not held liable for the lost or missing package on the receiving end. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the appropriate shipping company to locate the lost package, check with ones in your household who may have misplaced the package, check with your local mail carrier for misplace packages, or file a report with the local authority in case of theft. For most packages shipped via USPS First Class Mail, you can submit a Search Request for Missing Mail. For large orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail, you may File a Claim for Insured Mail, if the missing mail request failed. In either case, we recommend you keep a close eye on your package in advance by subscribing to text or email alerts from the shipping company such as USPS and UPS, so you know the current location of your package at all times. Thus, you can contact the shipping company immediately if you notice a discrepancy occurred with the package location and increase the package recovery rate. You may also notify us, and we will be glad to provide assistance and guidance if necessary.
ITEMS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING
If packages arrive damaged, you should refuse the package or open the package and check for damage before accepting it. Damaged in shipment is the sole responsibility of the shipping company. Customers are required to contact the shipping provider to file claims for damaged items. If you have already contacted the shipping company and is still unable to resolve the matter, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order by sending us an email with a description and photo image of the damage, and we are glad to assist with the facilitation effort. We will assist you in making the claim with the shipping company but that is the limit of our responsibility. You must keep the item and all the original packaging materials if needed for inspection.
